Account deletion

Delete your Baby Recall Tracker account

You can initiate deletion inside Baby Recall Tracker without contacting support. Deleting your account permanently removes your account record and associated app data, except records we are legally required to keep.

Delete from the mobile app

  1. Sign in to Baby Recall Tracker.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Open Account Deletion & Data Controls.
  4. Tap Delete My Account.
  5. Type DELETE, then confirm Permanently Delete Account.

Delete from the website

  1. Sign in at babyrecalltracker.com.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Open Account Deletion & Data Controls.
  4. Choose Delete My Account, type DELETE, and confirm deletion.

If you cannot sign in, email contact@babyrecalltracker.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your Baby Recall Tracker account.

What gets deleted

  • your Baby Recall Tracker account record and profile details
  • tracked items, recall matches, review decisions, and household notes
  • connected inbox records, stored OAuth tokens, and email ingestion history
  • notification preferences and saved device push tokens
  • uploaded product or profile photos stored for your account

Active personal data is removed from our production systems when deletion completes. Backup copies are purged on the normal backup-rotation cycle, typically within 30 days. Billing records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Baby Recall Tracker account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by an app store. If your subscription was purchased through Apple, manage it in Apple subscription settings. If a Google Play subscription is enabled in a future Android release, manage it in Google Play subscriptions. You can still delete your Baby Recall Tracker account immediately.
