GOPO Toys Pull String Teething Toys Recalled Over Choking Hazard
GOPO Toys is recalling about 70,410 pull string teething toys because their silicone strings can reach the back of a child’s throat and become lodged, posing risks of respiratory distress and deadly choking. Three incidents have been reported.

- Affected batch numbers are 250905, 250530, 250120, 240315, 231005 and 230610.
- The silicone strings are smaller and longer than the mandatory toy standard permits.

Which teething toys are recalled?
The recall covers GOPO TOYS pull string teething toys with batch numbers 250905, 250530, 250120, 240315, 231005 or 230610. The toy has an off-white disc, a gray center ball, six multicolored silicone pull strings and seven soft push buttons. “GOPO TOYS” and “Pull String Toy” are printed on the front of the packaging. The batch number is on the back.
