Cpzzkq Baby Lounger Recall Expanded Over Suffocation Hazard
CPSC has expanded the Cpzzkq baby lounger recall to include 195 green and purple loungers. The padding can obstruct an infant’s breathing, posing a serious risk of injury or deadly suffocation.
What matters now
- The expansion adds 195 green and purple Cpzzkq baby loungers with model number UMCDB01.
- White, grayish blue, pink, zuma blue and brown loungers were previously recalled in April 2026.
- The padding can obstruct an infant’s breathing, creating a serious injury and deadly suffocation hazard.
- CPSC reports that no incidents or injuries have been reported.
- Consumers should stop using the loungers immediately and contact CetoPMax for a refund.
Which baby loungers are recalled?
The July 2026 expansion adds 195 green and purple Cpzzkq baby loungers with model number UMCDB01. The rectangular loungers have a foam pad, a cloth cover and “CPZZKQ” printed on a side label. The model number appears on a stacked label sewn to the lounger’s side. White, grayish blue, pink, zuma blue and brown versions were previously recalled in April 2026.
Why the loungers were recalled
CPSC says the loungers violate the mandatory safety standard for infant support cushions because their padding can obstruct an infant’s breathing. This poses a serious risk of injury or deadly suffocation. No incidents or injuries have been reported.
Where the loungers were sold
The newly added green and purple loungers were sold online at Amazon.com from May through June 2026 for $30 to $50. The retailer is listed as Guangzhou Dida Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., doing business as CetoPMax. The loungers were manufactured in China.
What consumers should do
Consumers should stop using the recalled baby loungers immediately and contact CetoPMax at CetoPMaxRecall@outlook.com for a refund. Consumers will be asked to remove the foam and pad from the cover, cut the cover, foam and pad in half, and email photos of the destroyed pieces to receive the refund. Verify the item against the CPSC notice and follow its instructions before acting.
