SHEIN Distribution Corporation is recalling about 963 Spiral Toys because they contain small balls and are intended for children under three years old, posing a deadly choking hazard. Consumers should stop using the toys immediately, take them away from children and contact SHEIN for a full refund.

Why the toys were recalled
The CPSC says the toys violate the small ball ban because they contain small balls and are intended for children under three years of age. The small balls pose a deadly choking hazard. No incidents or injuries were reported.
How to identify the recalled toy
The Spiral Toy is a spinning toy with three, five or seven stackable colored platforms, depending on the model. It has several yellow plastic balls, a bear head and a basket at the top. One model comes with a basket and a bull head. A separate package sticker shows SKU code sl25013088678574868, a barcode, “Made in China” and various Chinese characters.
Where and when the toys were sold
About 963 toys were sold online at SHEIN.com from September 2025 through May 2026 for between $6 and $16. SHEIN Distribution Corporation of Los Angeles, California, imported the toys, which were manufactured in China.
