Victgoal Children’s Bike Helmets Recalled Over Head Injury Risk
CPSC recalled about 40 Victgoal children’s bike helmets that do not comply with retention system, positional stability and certification requirements. The helmets can fail to protect users in a crash, posing a serious risk of injury or death from head injury.

Why the helmets were recalled
The helmets violate the mandatory safety standard for bicycle helmets because they do not comply with retention system, positional stability and certification requirements. They can fail to protect the user in a crash, posing a serious risk of injury or death from head injury.
How to identify a recalled helmet
The recall applies to red Victgoal helmets in size small, fitting a head circumference of about 19.68 to 21.25 inches, that were manufactured in November 2025. They have red padding, black straps with a silver reflective pattern in the center, a black and red buckle, and a black fit-adjusting knob at the back. Model HT-006, Production: 2025/11 and Ref/Lot# 2025A1101 are printed on a label inside the helmet. “Victgoal” is printed on the packing bag.
Where the helmets were sold
About 40 helmets were sold online at Walmart.com from March through June 2026 for between $22 and $36. Dongguan Hongtu Sports Goods Co. Ltd. manufactured the helmets in China, and Victgoal imported them.
