Why the dressers were recalled
The recalled dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall. They pose tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in serious injury or death to children. They also violate mandatory safety standards required by the STURDY Act.
How to identify the dressers
The recall involves wooden Aitjunz dressers with eight drawers. They come in black, white, brown, oak and cream. Each dresser measures 15.55 inches wide, 55.11 inches long and 30.78 inches tall and weighs 129 pounds. The affected SKU is printed on the product packaging.
Where and when they were sold
The dressers were sold online at Amazon.com, Wayfair, TEMU and Walmart from May 2025 through July 2026 for between $230 and $270. Dongguan Meiying Sen Smart Home Co., Ltd. manufactured them in China. Maizhe International Trade Co., Ltd., doing business as Yuyitop, was the retailer.
